Our Purpose
The purpose of this group is to increase the popularity of our common interests. We hope to add new members so we will be
able to grow, expand and share common interests and knowledge. We also want to have fun while when we are together and working
on projects. By developing relationships and friendships, the group will become even stronger.
Our Mission
My mission is to bring together everyone in this very large Transgendered Planet of ours. To offer a
safe place for assistance, fellowship, advice, information, understanding, peace of mind, and of course fun. My
hopes are that the members of this group will not take these new found frienships to the next level, to become friends,
not just members of an online yahoo group/ comunity.
My Personal Mission & Statement
My personal mission and reason for starting The Transgenderd Planet, is simple....
I started
this group as my contribution to the community/ my community. I do a lot of online outreach, and I felt it was time to launch
this group. I felt by starting a group like this that I could instead of repeating the same links , resources and same basic
advice that I have come across over the years..it would be best to start a yahoo group and have all the links and resources
all at the fingertips of its members.
In return I could spend more time finding new links, resources and information,
and in return I could concentrate on helping more people, as well as educating Non- transgendered People.

How to Join Us at The Planet
We invite anybody that is transgendered, transsexual, FtM (Female to Male), MtF (Female
to Male), Intersexed, Two Spirited, Gender Queer, CrossDressers, Those that are Questioning their Identity, Trans Teens, Trans
Partners, Spouses, Parents, Friends and Family Members of Trans Folks. We invite anyone that is a positive influence,
and part of the a Trans Persons life that are interested in the issues and topics we focus our efforts on, so come join
us.
However.............We do not welcome spammers, net trolls, chasers, admirers, attackers, haters or spectors.
Benefits of Joining
There are several benefits to becoming a member of our group. At present time we have over 170 members from more
than 10 different countries. Our members are all part of a large extended family, The Transgendered Planet. Some of us
are close friends, others are new friends and together we have a good time, we are a shoulder for each other to lean on, and
we have the common understanding of Love, Respect and Understanding towards each other. Through it all we hope to further
our cause, our message and our knowledge of ourselves and each other.
We also feature over 500 links, various informative files (including sample letters for our members to use.)
We feature a chat room, exclusive to just the members of the Planet and lastly we have a section for Trans related items for
sale or trade.
